We are giving the distribution according to 24 machine setups with one server and we calculated one extra operator. The calculations are made in maximum but the salary to the Console or caller operator may increased if required. We are eager to help you to start the setup in a joint venture process with our organization.

What are the steps for starting it ?

 

1.                 Make a joint venture with our organization.

2.                 We will help to take the interviews for the call centre personals called by you.

3.                 We will train them to do the job and look after the assents language style needed for the respective country’s job that is being executed.

4.                 We will provided the team Team Manager, supervisor and technical head for performing the job.

5.                 The dealing and direct contact with the customer will be started and when the first customer response positively the billing of yours start from that day and the income starts.

6.                 The bill will be submitted every 15 days by Friday and the payment will be transferred on the next Monday that follows.
